From the M1 Motorway: Exit at Junction 44 and take the A639 towards Rothwell. Continue on the A639 until you reach the town centre, where Commercial Street is located. By Public Transport: Bus: Several bus services operate between Leeds city centre and Rothwell. Services 444 and 446 run regularly and stop near Commercial Street. : The nearest train station is Woodlesford, approximately 1.5 miles from the clinic. From there, you can take a bus or taxi to reach Commercial Street.

Certainly! You are welcome to bring a family member or friend for support during your physiotherapy session. They can wait in our comfortable waiting area while you receive treatment.

Unfortunately, we are located on the 2nd floor and currently do not have ramps or an elevator in place to ensure comfortable access for all patients. This is something we are working on.

Yes, we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance, so we can accommodate your request and offer the slot to another patient. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a 50% deposit.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

No worries! We welcome patients without insurance. Our team will work with you to provide the best possible care and discuss flexible payment options that suit your needs.

For your comfort and ease of movement during the assessment and treatment, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the affected area.

Please bring a pair of shorts if the problem is related to your leg or lower back. For ladies we recommend you wear a vest top or sports bra if your complaint relates to your upper body, shoulder or neck.
