Holistic Assessment

Taking the time to learn your story will help us better understand you as a person, how your injury came about and how it is restricting you from doing what you want to do.

This is followed by a physical assessment, which gives us an insight into how your body expresses itself in relation to your injury, training history and movement habits

Personalised Treatment Programme

Here we will put in place the most relevant evidence-based treatment plan to help reduce your pain, acknowledging that we are all unique and one programme will not work for all. Together, we will set clear and measurable goals. This allows us to prescribe a tailored programme to help you achieve the things that are most important to you.

Regular re-assessment as part of your follow up sessions will be used to ensure the correct progress is being made.

Clear Diagnosis

Using the most appropriate evidence-based testing you will be given a clear diagnosis, it will be explained to you in a way that is easy to understand allowing you to take the control needed to rehabilitate your injury.

On-going Support to Build Resilience

Once you have completed a treatment package and rehabilitation programme you will be given advice and exercises to build resilience and minimise the chance of injury re-occurrence. You will be given a direct contact number and email address to enable ongoing support should it be required.

Structured Recovery

We will assist in providing a structured rehabilitation programme that ensures you optimise recovery by not doing too much or too little that will jeopardise your body’s ability to heal.
