The whole team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. The staff genuinely care about your recovery and take the time to listen and support you through each stage of treatment. A special mention to Emily, who is excellent with rehab and rehabilitation. She is knowledgeable, patient, and explains everything clearly, making it much easier to stay motivated and confident in the recovery process. Emily provided a range of effective treatments and showed me helpful mobility exercises that I could continue at home. She took the time to demonstrate each movement properly and made sure I understood how to do them safely and correctly, which has really helped improve my strength and flexibility. Overall, I highly recommend Light Joints Physio to anyone looking for professional, supportive, and high-quality care.Posted on Ross KellyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was nervous of getting the cortesone injections in my knees but Daniel made it so simple, easy and quite painless. He explained everything in detail as we were going along and was very patient. The swelling has now gone right down and the pain to a minimum. I am keeping up with the exercises given and it is getting betterPosted on Andy JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been a going for years. Usually for a sports Massage from Emily. She is friendly, professional and skilled. Due to her experience if I have leg or knee issues I book Emily for upper body issues I book Daniel. Both take time to take a full history first and will use different types of treatment with the one session .Posted on Kate HoggardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
