I was becoming despondent at lower back and hip pain, aged 65 & thirty years desk job. This was impacting love of outdoors, walking and field sports. Regular monthly physio sessions and a bespoke exercise plan have now improved and reduced this. I plan to add sports massage. Cannot fault them. 10/10 Tracey Barraclough2025-07-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Daniel has the magic line between professionalism and approachable warmth. I trust his expertise and I felt very relieved to have booked in about my (training) back injury. I felt more positive afterwards as if the cavalry had arrived.
