Julie Murphy2024-08-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a number of sessions with Fae to help with a shoulder problem. She explained it all clearly, drew me diagrams and showed me the muscles being worked on the anatomical model. I followed her exercise plan and after 4 sessions my shoulder mobility and strength has increased significantly. Definitely recommend Lights and Fae. Daniel is very knowledgeable. adam setterington2024-06-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently joined Jetts knowing I had a slight arm/shoulder injury. I was recommended to light joints by the Jetts owner Brad. Daniel has been great! He certainly knows what he’s doing. Quickly identified what the problem was and set me some exercises and stretches to carry out. Within 4-6 weeks everything was noticeably better and we tested that at our recent session to which confirmed it! Now on to the last piece of the puzzle to get this totally resolved. I’ve found the whole service professional, friendly, with booking reminders and confirmations which is great for checking back on when you lead a busy life!.
