How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments required depends on the nature and severity of your condition. After your initial assessment, our therapist will discuss your personalised treatment plan and provide an estimated treatment timeline.
Can I claim the cost of my treatment on my private medical insurance?
Yes, many private medical insurance policies cover dry needling treatment. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm the extent of coverage and any specific requirements for claims.
Is there somewhere to park?
Yes, our clinic provides parking facilities for our patients. You can find designated parking areas conveniently located near the clinic entrance.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Certainly! You are welcome to bring a family member or friend for support during your physiotherapy session. They can wait in our comfortable waiting area while you receive treatment.
Is there disabled access?
Unfortunately, we are located on the 2nd floor and currently do not have ramps or an elevator in place to ensure comfortable access for all patients. This is something we are working on.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance, so we can accommodate your request and offer the slot to another patient. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a 50% deposit

Patients without insurance
No worries! We welcome patients without insurance. Our team will work with you to provide the best possible care and discuss flexible payment options that suit your needs.
What should I wear for my appointment?
For your comfort and ease of movement during the assessment and treatment, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the affected area.
Please bring a pair of shorts if the problem is related to your leg or lower back. For ladies we recommend you wear a vest top or sports bra if your complaint relates to your upper body, shoulder or neck.
