What Does Cupping Therapy Help With?

We use cupping to support clients with a range of issues:

Lower back and neck pain

Our therapy targets pain-prone zones like the lumbar and cervical spine, relieving pressure and restoring comfort

Poor circulation or stiffness

By increasing local blood flow, cupping helps reduce stiffness and promotes better mobility in restricted areas.

Headaches related to muscle tension

Cupping around the neck and shoulders can ease the muscular tension often linked to tension-type headaches.

Muscle tightness and deep tissue tension

Cupping releases deep muscular knots and improves flexibility by reducing built-up tension in tight areas.

Chronic stress and fatigue

Cupping promotes relaxation and boosts circulation, helping your body reset from physical and emotional stress.

Sports injuries and recovery

Ideal for active individuals, cupping accelerates muscle recovery and supports the healing of minor strains and injuries.

Dry cupping increases blood flow, reduces muscle tension, and promotes healing by creating suction on the skin.

The number of dry cupping therapy sessions you need depends on your condition and goals, and how your body responds to treatment. A general course of treatment is 4–6 sessions, with intervals of 3–10 days between sessions. However, the frequency and duration of sessions can vary depending on your needs

Cupping may not be suitable for people with skin conditions, bleeding disorders, or those who are pregnant. Consult us to see if it’s right for you.

Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and intense exercise before and after cupping. Stay hydrated and follow your therapist’s advice for recovery.
